We answer during shop hours and we would rather talk to you than trade emails — most questions get sorted in two minutes on the phone, including a lot of the ones people worry are too small to ask.

Where We Are

2687-96 Street NW, in south Edmonton near 26 Avenue. Off-street parking at the shop.

If you are coming from the south — Leduc, Beaumont, Nisku or Devon — it is a straight run north on the QE2 and then east. From Sherwood Park it is about twenty minutes on the Anthony Henday. From most of south Edmonton, Ellerslie, Summerside, Mill Woods, Twin Brooks or Blue Quill, you are ten minutes away.

Do You Need an Appointment?

Not for everything. Walk in for an oil change, a flat repair or a slow leak and we will fit you in the same day wherever we can.

Book ahead for anything that needs the car for a while — brakes, suspension work, diagnostics, inspections — and definitely book ahead for seasonal tire changeover in October, November and April, when the shop fills up a week deep.

If you are not sure which yours is, call and describe it. We will tell you whether to come now or book a slot.

If the Car Will Not Move

Call us before you call a tow truck. Tell us what it is doing and we will tell you honestly whether it needs towing or whether it is something you can safely drive in — and if it does need towing, we will tell you where we want it left so nobody is paying for a second tow.

Dropping the Car Off

You are welcome to leave the car with us for the day.

If you are waiting rather than dropping off, tell us when you book and we will be honest about the timing. We would rather say 'that is a two-hour job, bring a book or leave it with us' than have you sitting in the waiting room wondering.

What to Bring

For a normal repair or service, just the car and any description of what it is doing. If a warning light has been on, mention it — and if a parts store has read the code for you, bring the number.

For an out-of-province inspection you must have the Request for Vehicle Inspection form from an Alberta registry. We cannot start the inspection without it, and people arrive without it constantly.

For a pre-purchase inspection, the vehicle you are thinking of buying — with the seller's agreement. If you have a viewing booked and are working to a deadline, say so when you call and we will do our best to fit around it.
